We spend at least 33% of our lives on our mattress (if we are getting 8 hours). Sleep is remarkably vital to so many aspects of our lives and has an enormous impact on how much pain we wake up in.

Remember when we were young, and we could sleep on just about anything? If you’re reading this, it’s likely that those days are over.
